After spending over a decade in the fireplace industry, we had first-hand experience communicating with end-users, distributors, manufacturers and even engineers. A common issue involved in the life span of an appliance was ongoing support.
Ember Spirit was born out of a simple idea - prioritizing customer support. While a customer receives a level of service during the warranty period, what happens beyond that? Where does a customer turn for ongoing maintenance and support to ensure their investment continues to provide the same warmth and comfort as the day they first turned on their appliance?

Technical background
In a previous role we were part of a national technical team for a prominent European manufacturer. This role helped develop a wide varied knowledge and experience working on;
Both Natural gas and LPG systems.
Balanced and conventional flued systems - including natural draught and powered flue systems
Wood burning appliances - including more recent moves towards automatic control systems that are now becoming more prominent in an ever changing market.
Bio-ethanol systems.
